I so enjoy going to this pet shop. The staff are friendly and always remember my name, but more importantly they know the names of my fur babies! They have never met my cats but always ask me how Mikat's diet is going and want to know how my Jazzy's doing. Both cats were rescue cats and not bought from their store. Lovely people.

Great staff very friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. Products are easy to find and of they don't have it they will order it in for you. Very good selection of animals. each department has a specific person who knows about the specific area so if you need advice they can help. I would say the this is one of the best pet stores on the Gold coast.
